Master Wood Design is a millwork shop that reads architect drawings. We also produce renders in-house when the design needs a wood study before the set is frozen. Fabrication is on Calle Flavio Olachea in San Jose del Cabo. Ten years and 200+ projects. We invoice. We return shop drawings.
We take the architectural package, not a catalog profile, and return shop drawings for review. Crown that follows a curve, panel grids that hit mullions, and stair details that meet the structural note are the daily work. Conflicts get flagged before we cut.

Some clients arrive with a mood and a floor plan, not a complete interior set. We can produce renders in-house so the owner and the architect agree on grain, sheen and hardware before fabrication. That is not a substitute for your CD set on permitted work; it is a way to lock wood decisions.
Submittals, samples and mock-ups go back through the design team. We speak English and Spanish with GCs and overseas studios.
Installers are finish carpenters. They protect stone and glass, scribe to field conditions and leave a punch list. Weight, blocking and attachment methods are documented when the engineer or the inspector needs them.
The workshop is open by appointment so principals can walk the floor with a client. Ten years, 200+ projects, invoiced work. We do not publish crew size or prices here.
